1. We don't charge overtime. We don't believe a business or homeowner should be penalized because they had an electrical need after 5:00PM or on a weekend.

2. No financial surprises. When possible we will give you a worse case price and no matter how long it takes us, you will never pay more than what we quoted. If we get it takes less time than we thought, you get a lower bill!

3. Lifetime Warranty. If any of our electrical work fails to perform the way it should we will supply the labor AND material to correct the problem for free for as long as you own the home.(some restrictions apply)

5. All of our technicians are licensed. While all NC electrical contractors must have a licensed individual on file, the employees, the ones doing the work do not need to be. All of our electricians are licensed by the State of North Carolina, receive regular continuing education training and have proven themselves to have the knowledge and skills to perform quality and safe work.

6. No wondering when someone will show up. Our technicians will schedule a specific time with you. You will never hear us tell you that we will be there sometime between 9 and 5 and if the technician is running behind for some reason, they will call you. You will never wonder if and when we will show up and because we specialize in small work and emergency repairs, we are in most cases able to offer same day service

7. Discounts. If you are a Police officer, Firefighter, Rescue Worker, Teacher or Senior Citizen, tell us and we will give you a 15%  discount off your invoice. (Sorry we cannot combine this savings with our first time customer discount)
